Executed the biggest corporate event for THE RED SEA GLOBAL COMPANY successfully managing over 2000+ attendees. The event encompassed comprehensive end-to-end management, including hosting top-tier VIP attendees such as Group CEO John Pegano, full venue management across a 6,400 sqm space, and global and local entertainment sourcing and management, featuring acts like America’s Got Talent Mind2Mind.

The scope also covered F&B restaurant operations and manpower management, audio-visual production and experiential environment development, along with security and traffic management. In addition, the project included event coverage and media management, screen and content management, complete on-ground operational support, and end-to-end material production and execution, ensuring seamless delivery at every stage.
